     We call it a RichLanding™ Letter.   That’s
 because our RLL starts with what is intuitive
 about direct mail -- envelopes, letters, 
order cards -- and then adds the “Wow!” 
features of rich media -- slide shows, 
video, 3-D -- to engage and stimulate.
